IN COMPLIANCE
The Director of the Planning and Community Development Department
has determined that the parcel of real property described below
has resulted from a boundary adjustment in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
This Certificate of Compliance is adjusting the lot described
herein. The resulting lot of 5,000 sq. ft. will be standard for
