IN COMPLIANCE
The Director of Planning and Community Development has determined
that the two parcels of real property described below HAVE been
divided or HAVE resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards for nonconforming lots pursuant to Section 30.76.080 of
the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. However, this Certificate
of Compliance is merging the two lots described herein. The
resulting lot of 5,000 sq. ft. will be standard for the Zoning
Ordinance requirement for NET area (3,950 sq. ft.) in the R-ii Use
Regulation as of this date.
