IN COMPLIANCE
The Director of Planning and Community Development has determined
that the subject parcels of real property described below HAVE been
divided or HAVE resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards for nonconforming lots pursuant to Section 30.76.080 of
the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. However, this Certificate
of Compliance is merging the subject lots described herein. The
resulting lot of 6,311.5 sq. ft. will be standard for the Zoning
Ordinance requirement for NET area (3,950 sq. ft.) in the R-ii Use
Regulation as of this date.

County, November 14, 1910, as more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 9 said point being THE
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence along the Easterly line of Block
12 South 30° 38' 33" East a distance of 38.91 feet to the Easterly
angle point of said Block 12; thence Southerly along the Easterly
line of said Block 12, South 09° 04' 36" East a distance of 27.19
feet; thence South 59~ 15' 55" West a distance of 90.31 feet to the
Easterly Right of Way line of an alley according to said Map No.
1298; thence Northerly along said Easterly line of said alley North
30° 38' 36" West a distance of 64.18 feet to the Northwesterly
