said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, as shown on
Record of Survey 11718, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said
San Diego County on July 28, 1988, a 3/4 inch iron pipe and disc RCE 9490
on said West boundary bears South 0o34'38" West 75.61 feet (record per
Record of Survey 11718 is South 0034'38'' West 75.60 feet); thence South
85o54'49'' East 31.30 feet; thence South 0058'20'' West 147.24 feet to the
Northeasterly boundary of that Parcel of land conveyed to the County of San
