The Director of Planning and Community Development has determined
that the parcel of real property described below has been divided
or resulted from a division in compliance with the Subdivision Map
Act and with provisions of the city of Encinitas Municipal Code.
Determination is supported by Grant Deed, Recorded with the County
of San Diego in Book 2710 Page 383 of the official records on March
12, 1948 pursuant to regulations in effect at that time.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the Zoning
Ordinance requirement for NET area in the R-il Use Regulation as
of this date.
