IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has
determined that the parcel of real property described below has been
divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the city of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards
for conforming lots pursuant to section 3 0.16. 010 of the city of
Encinitas Municipal Code. This certificate of Compliance is
adjusting the lot described herein. The resulting Parcel "A" of
13,866 sq. ft. is standard for the zoning Ordinance requirements for
NET area (5,400 sq. ft.) in the R-8 Use Regulations as of this date.
This adjustment among three parcels results in the elimination of one
parcel for a total of two parcels.

Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on March
28, 1990, and that portion of Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map
16035 lying northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said
Parcel 2, distant thereon North 12°46'39" East
75.81 feet from the most southerly corner of said
Parcel 2, said point being the most northerly corner of
Lot F of Map 1611, filed in the Office of said County
Recorder on December 1, 1913; thence North 46°40'17' West
29.42 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the
left, having a radius of 42.87 feet; thence northwesterly
and westerly along said curve thru a central angle of
