The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of real
property described below are in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City
of Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is for the purpose of recognizing the
proposed access easement over Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 18283.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards of conforming lots, pursuant to
Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code which specifies a minimum lot size of 14, 500
sq. fi. for the subject R-3 lots.

of said San Diego County on June 14, 1999.
Subject to a proposed 16.00 foot road, utility and drainage easement
across the south 16.00 feet of said Parcel 1. Said easement to benefit
Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map No. 18283.
This legal description was prepared as an exhibit to a Cedificate of
Compliance to be filed for Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 18283.
The purpose of the Certificate of Compliance is to add the proposed
