This Certificate of Compliance consolidates the lots as.dosodbed herein. (Eyahibit ~".A') tbr the purposes

zone, and the resulting will lot will comply with all standards set forth in the Municipal Code for the
OP zone. In the event the underlying lots become vacant, the property owner may request that the City
of Encinitas consider the underlying lots to be deemed separate legal lots under the regulations in
