IN COMPLIANCE: The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the
parcels of real property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the Encinitas Municipal Code enacted pursuant to the Act.
This Certificate of Compliance consolidates the lots as described herein (Exhibit "A") for the purposes of
development on Parcels A and B. Parcel A, as described herein, is located within the N-R20 zone of the North
101 Corridor Specific Plan. Parcel B, as described herein, is located within the R11 zone. In the event the
underlying lots become vacant, the property owner may request that the City of Encinitas consider the
underlying lots to be deemed separate legal lots under the regulations in effect when the parcels become vacant.
