IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels
of real property described below have resulted from a division in compliance with the Subdivision
Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The parcels described
herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act
or any local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcels may require
issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
Section 6.5 of the Encinitas Ranch Specific Plan (ERSP) of the City of Encinitas specifies minimum lot
size and dimensions for the subject ER-SFR3 Zone and Chapter 30.28 of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code specifies minimum lot size and dimensions for the subject P/SP Zone. This Certificate
of Compliance applies to two (2) lots in compliance with the required standards pertaining to minimum
lot size and dimensions.
