A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
APPROVING A SUMMARY VACATION OF
A PORTION OF CAMBRIDGE AVENUE IN CARDIFF
W~EREAS, a request for vacation of portions of Cambridge Avenue in
the Cardiff area has been requested by Bruno and Dawn Buechler, an
adjacent property owner; and
WHEREAS, the vacation proceedings were conducted under Chapter 4,
Part 3, of the State of California Streets and Highway Code; and
WHEREAS, this vacation will not cut off' access to any person's
property which,,prior to the street vacation used Cambridge Avenue
for access; and
WHEREAS, this proportion of the street has not been used for the
purpose for which it was offered for dedication; and
NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
'Encinitas approves a summary vacation of a portion of Cambridge
Avenue in the Cardiff area as desCribed in Exhibits "A" and "B".
