A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
APPROVING A SUMMARY VACATION OF
4th STREET AND PORTIONS OF 5th STREET IN OLIVENHAIN
WHEREAS, on February 28, 1996, the City Council approved
Resolution No. 96-11, a summary vacation of 4th Street and
portions of 5th Street in the Olivenhain area, recorded March 4,
1996, Document No. 1996-0106106, O.R.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is re-recording this resolution to
correct the legal description in Parcel 'B' of Exhibits 'A" and
"B" to read ' ALL THAT PORTION OF 4TH STREET WITHIN BLOCKS 14, 15,
16, 22, 23, AND 24 OF MAP NO. 326";
NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Encinitas approves the re-recording of this resOlution to correct
the legal description in Parcel 'B' of Exhibits "A" and KB" to
read ~ ALL THAT PORTION OF 4TH STREET WITHIN BLOCKS 14, 15, 16,
22, 23, AND 24 OF 'MAP NO. 326."
