OF TNTENTTON TO VACATE A PORTTON OF 4th STREET

WHEREAS, a request for the vacation.of a portion of 4th Street
between H Street and 100 feet south of G Street has been received
from Mr. James S. Milch, agent for Richard P. McWilliams, who is
the owner of the property adjoining the above mentioned street; and
WHEREA~, the vacation proceedings are to be conducted under
Chapter 3 of Part 3 of the State of California Streets and Highways
Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Encinitas will hear
all persons interested in the proposed vacation on September 22,
1993 at 7:00 p.m. in the City of Encinitas Council Chambers, 505
South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, CA 92024;
NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Encinitas has adopted the Resolution of Intention to vacate a
portion of 4th Street between H Street and 100 feet south of G
Street as described and shown in Exhibit "A". This Resolution of
Intention shall be published and posted in a manner prescribed in
Sections 8322 and 8323 of the State of California Streets and
Highways Code.

Office of the County Recorder of San Diego. CoUnty on June 12, 1883,
in the City of Encinitas, State of California, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No.
9497 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
on December 20, 1979; thence along the easterly line of Parcels 1
and 2 of Parcel Map No. 9497, S6°37'45"E, 277.84 feet to the most
northerly point of that property described in an Irrevocable Offer
of Dedication of Real Property for Roadway Purposes granted to the
county of San Diego by Document No. 79-520358 dated 12-12-79 and
accepted by Document No. 83-417994 dated 11-9-83, said northerly
point being the beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly and
having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence southerly, along the westerly
line of said property, along the arc of said curve, through a
central angle of 17°26'54'', 6.09 feet to a point' of reverse
curvature with a curve concave easterly and having a radius of
70.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears N79"10'51"W; thence
southerly, continuing along the westerly line of said property,
along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 14°02'45'',
17.16 feet to the most southwesterly corner, of said property;
thence along the southerly line of said property, and its easterly
prolongation, N83°23'34"E, 13.03 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave easterly and having a radius of 57.00 feet, a radial line
