MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
AUGUST 27, 2003, 6:00 P.M, 505 S. VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL
President Stocks called the meeting to order at 6:03 P.M.
Present:
President Jerome Stocks, Board Members James Bond, Dan Dalager, Christy Guerin, and
Maggie Houlihan.
Absent:
None.
Also
Present:
Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Secretary Cervone, Finance Manager
Lembach and City Clerk Secretary Bingham.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
SPECIAL PRESENT A TIONIPROCLAMATIONS
There was a brief update by Fire Chief Heiser regarding the Helicopter crash off the coast of
Encinitas on Tuesday, August 26, 2003. Chief Heiser gave special thanks to Leucadia Pizza and
. Starbucks for their generous donations to the rescue team.

CLOSING AND ADOPTING OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION:
Houlihan moved, Guerin seconded to close and adopt the Consent Calendar. Motion carried.
