CONSENTED LIVENICK ANNEXATION WHEREAS, pursuant to the cortese-Knox Local Government Reorganization Act of 1985 (Govt. Public Works Director August handed out a tentative pre:iminary upgrade anò expansion implementation schedule which had been approved by thé Joint Powers Authority.
