On , December 3, 1991, the Local Aqency F~rmation Commission adopted Resolution D.A. 91-41 approvinq the annexation. This proposed annexation is in conformance with the Cardiff Board's policy on annexations for sinqle family dwellinqs on leqal sized lots, conforms with 'the currentzoninq (RR-2) and is within the District's sphere -of influence.
