AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 22.3 TO ARTICLE II OF
ORDINANCE NO. 31 OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTION FEES FOR MARGIE MCCASSEY
City Council of City of Encinitas and the Board of Directors of
the Cardiff Sanitation District, do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 31 of the Cardiff Sanitation District
is hereby amended by adding Section 22. 3 to Article II to read as
follows:
SECTION 22.3 CONNECTION FEE - MARGIE MCCASSEY. In addition to
any other fees for connections to sewer lines within the District,
there is established a connection fee of $1,995.00 plus 6J simple
. interest for premises connecting directly to the sewer line as shown
on plan attached as Exhibit A to the "Reimbursement Agreement Between
Margie McCassey and the Cardiff Sanitation District":, on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Encinitas. This ordinance
shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after the date of
its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage it shall be published once, with the names of the members
voting for and against the same, in the Coast Dispatch, a newspaper of
general circulation published in the County of San Diego.
