ORDINANCE NO. 87-05
AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 3.16.260
.) TO THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE
TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTION FEES FOR JACQUES HIPPERT
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District, does
ordain as follows:
Section One. section 3.16.268 is hereby added to the Cardiff
Sanitation District Code to read as follows:
3.16.260 Jacaues HiDDert Connection Fee. In addition to any
other fees for connections to sewer lines within the District, there
is established a connection fee of $8,072.75 plus 6% simple interest
for premises connecting directly to the sewer line as shown on plan
attached as Exihibit A to the "Reimbursement Agreement Between Jacques
Hippert and the Cardiff Sanitation District" on file in the Office of
the Clerk of the Cardiff Sanitation District Board.
.-, Section Two. This ordinance was introduced on March 18, 1987 .
section Three. Following the introduction and adoption of this
ordinance the Clerk of the Board is directed to publish it once,
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its adoption with the
names of the members voting for and against the same, in the Coast
Dispatch, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County
of San Diego.
