8) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
AMENDING THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE
RELATING TO ANNEXATION USE FEE
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff sanitation District
does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That section 3.04.030 of the Cardiff sanitation District
code is amended to add subsection C to read as follows:
3.04.030 . . .
C. An applicant for annexation may request, and
the District may approve, a delayed payment program
for the fee required by this Section. The applicant
shall execute a Covenant, in a form satisfactory to
the District, which provides for:
1. An initial installment based upon a
stated density of development1
2. As a conditioned precedent to obtaining
. a development permit for a project that will exceeed
the stated density, the property owner shall be
required to make a final installment.
3. The amount of the final installment
shall be based upon the fee in existence at the time
of the execution of the covenant plus interest at the
rate of 5' per annum from the date of execution of the
Covenant; or the fee current as of the time of the
issuance of the development permit, whichever is
higher.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance was introduced on May 6, 1987 .

SECTION THREE:
8) Upon introduction and adoption of this ordinance, the
District Clerk is directed to publish this Ordinance.
