ORDINANCE NO. 89-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
AMENDING SECTION 1.16.010 TO THE
. CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE
RELATING TO DISTRICT BOARD REGULAR MEETINGS
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District
does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That subsection A of section 1.16.010 of the Cardiff
Sanitation District Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
A. Regular Meetings of the Cardiff Sanitation District
Board of Directors shall be held on the Tuesday prior to the
second Wednesday of each month, and shall commence at 4:00 p.m.
(Ord 87-10).
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance was introduced on January 11, 1989
SECTION THREE:
.:) The Clerk of the Board is directed to publish a,summary of
this ordinance together wi th the names of the persons voting
; .'. for and against it, and to post the full text of this Ordinance
. in city Hall at least five days before this Ordinance is
considered for adoption, and again, within fifteen days of its
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January , 1989, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Gaines, Hano, Omsted,Shea, Slater
NAYES: None
ABSENT: None
