AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 3.16.520 TO CHAPTER 3.16 OF
THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE
8} TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTION FEES FOR PATRICK 0' CONNOR
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Chapter 3. 16 of the Cardiff Sanitation
District is hereby amended by adding section 3.16.520 to Article
II to read as follows:
SECTION 3.16.520 CONNECTION FEE - Patrick O'Connor. In
addition to any other fees for connections to sewer lines within
the District, there is established a connection fee of $1,900.00
plus 6' simple interest upon the effective date of an ordinance
adopted by the Board of the District for premises connecting
directly to the sewer line as shown on plan attache, as Exhibit A
8, to the "Reimbursement Agreement Between Patrick O'Connor and the
Cardiff Sanitation District, II on file in the Office of the District
Clerk.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance was introduced on Febrvarv 8.

SECTION THREE: The Clerk of the Board is directed to prepare
a summary of this ordinance. Such summary shall be published and
a certified copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance shall
be posted in the office of the Clerk of the Board at least five
days prior to the Cardiff Sanitation District Board meeting at
which the proposed ordinance is to be adopted. wi thin 15 days
after adoption of the ordinance, with the names of those Board
~ members voting for and against the ordinance and shall post in the
office of the Clerk of the Board a certified copy of the full text

of such adopted ordinance along with the names of those Board
members voting for and against the ordinance.
8, PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District on March 7, 1989 , by the following vote,
to wit:
