ORDINANCE No. 90-01
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LOAN AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN ELIJO
JOINT POWERS A UTH 0 RITY
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Approval of Enterin~ into the Loan A~eement. Pursuant to Section
54241 of the California Government Code, the Cardiff Sanitation District (the "District")
is hereby authorized to enter into a formal loan agreement in the principal amount of not
to ..exceed$14,435,000 with the San Elijo Joint Powers Authority for the purpose of
financing the District's share of the San Elijo Water Pollution Control Facility Upgrade
and Expansion Project and the refunding of the District's outstanding revenue bonds.
This ordinance is subject to the provisions for referendum applicable to the District. A
summary of this ordinance shall be published not less than 5 days prior to adoption and
within 15 days following adoption in the Coast Dispatch.
. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Cardiff Sanitation District at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 13th day of February, 1990.
