AN "ORDINANCE ADDING SECI'ION 3 .16.580 TO CHAPl'ER 3 .16 OF
THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRIcr CODE
TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTION FEES FOR MICHAEL J. MAHON
The Board of Directors of the cardiff sanitation District, does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That Chapter 3.16 of the cardiff Sanitation
. District is hereby amended by adding Section 3.16.580 to Article II to
read as follows:
SECTION3.16.580 CONNECTION PEE - MICHAEL J. MAHON. In
addition to a,ny other fees for connections to sewer lines within the
District, there is established a connection fee of $2,264.16 plus 6%
. s~le interest upon the effective date of an orni nsnce adopted by the
Board of the District for premises connecting directly to the sewer
line as shown on plan attached as Exhibit A to the "Reimbursement
Agreement Between Michael J. Mahon and the cardiff sanitation
District," on file in the Office of the District Clerk.
This orðinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published once, with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the Coast
Dispatch, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County
of San Diego.
