ORDINANCE NO. 91-02
'. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
AMENDING THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE
RELATING TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District does
ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That Section 4.04.010, Subsection A of Cardiff Sanitation
District Code is amended to read as follows:
4.04.010 Sewer Service Charge.
A. For each dwelling unit or equivalent dwelling unit the
per-uni t-charge annually is ..... " . . . $268. 00
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance was introduced on May 7, 1991.
