AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
AMENDING THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE
; RELATING TO CONNECTION FEES
4IÞ The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District does
ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That section 3.12.020 of the Cardiff Sanitation District Code
is amended to read as follows:
3.12.020 Connection Fee. A connection fee of $3,900.00 is
established for each dwelling unit or equivalent dwelling unit
connected to the sewer of the Cardiff sanitation District. The
number of equivalent dwelling units prescribed in this Code shall
be used to compute the amount of the connection fee. The Board of
Directors shall review the propriety of the fee amount during the
month of April of each year.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance was introduced on May 7, 1991.
