AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 3.16.101 TO CHAPTER 3.16 OF
THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE
TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTION FEES FOR WILLIAM J. ACKERMAN
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District, does
ordain as follows:
section 1. That Chapter 3.16 of the Cardiff
Sanitation District is hereby amended by adding section 3.16.101
to Article II to read as follows:
SECTION 22.5 CONNECTION FEE - WILLIAM J. ACKERMAN
In addition to any other fees for connections to sewer lines
within the District, there is established a connection fee òf
. $7,750.00 plus 6% simple interest upon the effective date of an
ordinance adopted by the Board of the District for premises
connecting directly to the sewer line as shown on plan attached
as Exhibit A to the "Reimbursement Agreement Between william J.
Ackerman and the Cardiff Sanitation District," on file in the
Office of the District Clerk.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage', and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after 'its passage it shall be published once,
with the names of the members voting for and against the same, ..
