The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sani tation District
does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That Chapter 3.16 of the Cardiff Sanitation District Code is
amended to ,add Section 3.16.461 to read as follows:
3.16.461 Reimbursement Fee - Michael Riley. Et AI. In
addition to any other fees for connections to sewer
lines within the District, there is established a
reimbursement fee of $3,966 plus 6% annual simple
interest computed from the effective date of Ordinance
No. 93-06 until paid for equivalent dwellinq units
connectinq directly to the sewer facility known as
CS025 runninq South in Rancho Santa Fe Road, thence
westerly in Whisper Wind Drive in Olivenhain, as more
fully set forth in the aqreement filed in the Office of
the District Clerk. This section shall have no further
. effect on and after 20 years from the effective date of
Cardiff Sanitation District Ordinance No. 93-06.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance was introduced on October 13, 1993.
SECTION THREE:
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published once,
with the names of the members voting for and against the same, in
the Coast Dispatch, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the County of San Diego.

of the parcels which will benefit from the sewer ' are subject to
pay their fair share of the costs, includinq the two parcels
owned by the developers.

Two parcels 260-390-44, 45 are owned by Kimball, and Riley
respectively. Therefore, in order. to not compensate the
developers for their own parcels, the potential EDU's are reduced
from 17 to 15.
POTENTIAL AMOUNT TO BE REIMBURSED TO RILEY ET AL:
$59,490 (15 X $3,966 = $59,490)
. NOTE: In prior years a private aqreement was made between
Riley Et Al and the property owners of parcel numbers 265-331-05;
and 265-390-35, 36 to each pay $4,500 as a private reimbursement
toward the cost of the sewer ($13,500 total). These parcels
. s~se~~tly P~~s~ nsu_ter Dis~a~e ~~its , CS91030,
CS90065, and CS91005 respectively. In addition, a private
aqreement was made for the property owners of parcel numbers 265-
390-39,41 to pay, a total of $4,500 toward the cost of the sewer.
The total prepaid for these 5 parcels/EDU's is $18,000.
