ORDINANCE 93-05
. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1.16.010 OF THE
CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE RELATING TO
TIME OF DISTRICT BOARD REGULAR MEETINGS
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District does
ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That subsection A of Section 1.16.010 of the Cardiff
Sanitation District Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
A. Regular Meetings of the Cardiff Sanitation District Board
of Directors shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month
and shall commence at 4:00 p.m.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance was introduced on August 11, 1993.
