The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sani tation District
does ordain as follows:
SECTION .ONE:

That Section 3.16.500 of the DISTRICT Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
3.16.500 R~imbursement Fee - Paul Trester. et ale
In addi tion to any other fees' for connections to
sewer lines within the District, there is
established a reimbursement fee of $2,460 plus 6%
annual simple interest computed from Auqust 4,
1983 until paid for equivalent dwellinq, units
connecting directly to the se~er facility known as
PC ,1614 runninq north in Cole Rancho Road thence
westerly in Ninth Street in Olivenhain, as more
. fully set forth in the aqreemerit filed in the
Office of the District Clerk. This section shall
have no further effect on and after Auqust 4,
2003.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance was introduced on July 14, 1993.
