AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 3.16.141 TO CHAPrER 3.16 OF
THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE
TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTION PEES FOR OLIVENHAIN
SEWER JOINT VENTt1RE
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District, does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Chapter 3.16 of the Cardiff Sanitation
District is hereby amended by addinq Section 3.16.141 to Article
II to read as follows:
SECTION' 22.5 CONNECTION FEE - OLIVENHAIN SEWER JOINT VENTuRE
In addition to any other fees for connections to sewer lines
within the District, there is established a connection fee of
f.;~. $4,012.00 plus 6¡ simple interest upon the effective date of an

ordinance adopted by the Board of the District for premises
connectinq directly to the sewer line as shown on plan attached
as EXhibit A to the "Reimbursement Aqreement Between Olivenhain
Sewer Joint Venture and the Cardiff Sanitation District,W on file
in the Office of the District Clerk.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after the date of its passaqe, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passaqe it shall be Published once,
with the names of the members votinq for and aqainst the same, in
the. Coast Dispatch, a newspaPer of qeneral circulation Published
in the County of San Dieqo.
