SECTION ON1<'..i..
A. Flat Rate Per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (Rate 1) -- For
each equivalent dwelling unit (EDU), a charge of Two Hundred and
Sixty-eight DOLLARS ($268.00) per year.

SECTION TWO;
A. Variable Rate Minimum Charge (Rate 2) -- A minimum
service charge of Two DOLLARs and Twenty-eight CENTS ($2.28) per
month for each Hundred Cubic Feet of water used. This rate may
be utilized for schools and phurches.
B. Variable Commercial Rate to be Based on Water
~SU~tion for Hi~ ~ter Consu~tion/Se~r Discha~ Businesses
(Rate .3) -- For each newspaper, service station, car wash,
market, restaurant, bakery, movie, laundry, laundromat, hospital,
C~~lescent, =rsi~ or rest M~, or =y other related aCtivity
or industry not disposing industrial waste, a service charge of
Three DOLLARS and Twelve CENTS ($3.12) per month for each Hundred
Cubic Feet of water used.

Þ This ordinance was introduced on October 11, 1995, and
pursuant to law, shall become effective 30 days after adoption.
