ORDINANCE 95-03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1.16.010 OF THE
. CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT CODE RELATING TO
DISTRICT BOARD REGULAR MEETINGS
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation district does
ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That subsection A of the Section 1.16.010 of the Cardiff
Sanitation District Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
A. Regular Meetings of the Cardiff Sanitation District Board
of Directors shall be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month
and shall commence at 6:00 P.M.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance was introduced on August 23, 1995.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of September, 1995 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Aspe1l, Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Bane
NAYS: None
. ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
