AN ORDINANCE OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
AMENDING TIB CARDIFJ'SANITATION;DISTRICf CODE
RELATING TO THE CONNECTION/CAPACITY FEE
The Board of Directors of the Cardiff Sanitation District does ordain that the Cardiff S~tation
District Code regarding the connection/capacity fee is amended by amending Ordinance No.
91-01 to read as follows:
SECTION ONE:
ConnectionlCqpaci\V Fee. A connection/capacity fee o( $3,417 is established for each
equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) connected to the sewer system of the Cardiff Sanitation District.
SECTION TWO:
. This ordinaDce was introduced on May 14, 1997, and pursuant to law, shall become
effective 30 days after adoption.
