. MINUTES OF CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRlCT SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 16,1997, 6:00 P.M, 505 SOUTH'PULCANAVENUE
Chairperson Bond called the meeting to order at 6:10 P.M.
Present: Chairperson James Bond, Board Members Lou Aspell, Sheila Cameron, John
Davis, and Chuck DuVivier.
Absent: None.
Also Board Manager Wassetman, Board. Attorney Krauel, BOard Clerk Cervone,
Present: Assistant Board Manager Benson, Public Works Director Nelson, Engineering
Services Director Archibald, Deputy Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Board Member DuVivier stated he would be abstaining from voting on Item C3, to avoid a
possible conflict of interest.
. Cameron moved, Aspell seconded to close and adopt .the Consent Calendar. Motion
carried. Ayes: Aspell, Bond, Cameron, Davis, DuVmer (except on Item C-3, Board
Member Du Vivier abstained).
