. MINUTES OF CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 20,1996, 6:00P.M, 505 SOUTH VULCAN A VENUE
Chairperson Davis called the meeting to order at 6:05 P.M.
Present: Chairperson John Davis, Board Members Lou Aspen, James Bond, Chuck
DuVivier, and Gail Hano.
Absent: None.
Also Board Manager Wasserman, Board Attorney I<rauel, Board Clerk Cervone,
Present: Engineering Services Director Archibald, Management Analyst Orozco, Deputy
Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Hano moved, DuVivier seconded to close and adopt the Consent Calendar. Motion carried.

. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: I)Approve the reimbunement agreement
andaudlorize execution by the Clerk of the Board. 2)Approve the introduction
of CSD Ordinance No. 96-02 adding Section 3.16.123 to Cårdiff' Sanitation
District Code Chapter 3.16 to provide for reimbunement of connection fees to
CS121 for Gary Bukamier.
