Chairperson Davis called the meeting to order at 6:25 P.M.
Present: Chairperson John Davis, Board Members Lou Aspell, James Bond, Chuck
DuVivier, and Gail Hano.
Absent: None.
Also Board Manager Wasserman, Board Attorney Krauel, Board Clerk Cervone,
Present: Assistant Board Manager Benson, Public Works Director Nelson, Director of
Engineering Services Archibald, Management Assistant Vinocur, Deputy Board
Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum preselÛ, the meeting was in order.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the District Manager to enter into a
contract with Montgomery Watson for sewer rates study in the amount of
550.,360 and authorize District Manager to complete a Financial Plan
. Augmentation Form to aBocate 520,680 from the Cardiff Sanitation District
Operating Fund reserves for this work project number WCC96A.
