Chairperson Bond called the meeting to order at 7:02 P.M.
Present: Chairperson James Bond, Board Members Lou Aspell, John Davis. Chuck DuVivier. and Gail
Hano.
Absent: None.
Also District Manager Wasserman, District Attorney Krauel, Board Clerk Cervone, Assistant District
Present: Manager Benson, and Deputy Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present the meeting was in ,order.

Chairp~n Bond reviewed his recommendations for Board Members to represent the City on Boards,
Commissions and Committees, pursuant to Municipal Code Section 2.20.070.

Du Vivier moved, Davis seconded to adopt the recommended appointments. Modon carried. Ayes:
Aspell, Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano; Nays: None.
Board Member Du Vivier requested a special committee be fonned to discuss better interaction between the City
and the City's business groups.
District Manager Wasserman stated Mr. DuVivier's request would be discussed at the next annual City Council
goal setting seminar.
Staff stated the Housing Authority Chair would be discussed at the January 24, 1996, Housing Authority Board
meeting.
