ADJO URNED REG ULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 15, 1995, 6:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN A VENUE
Chairman Bond called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M.
Present: Chairman James Bond, Board Members Lou Aspell, John
Davis, Chuck DuVivier, and Gail Hano.
Absent: None.
Also District Manager Wasserman, District Attorney Krauel,
Present: Board Clerk Cervone, Assistant District Manager Benson,
Public work a Director Nelson, Deputy Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Aapell,Bond, Davis, DuVivier,
Kano; Nays: None.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: (1) Pindpursuant to the State
California E~vironmental Quality Act Guidelines, section
15074 (California Environmental Quality Control Act of
1970) that this annexation will not have a significant
effect on. the environment; and (2) Adopt Resolution
Number 95-10 approving annexation Application No. 95-03
(Mr. Christopher Lloyd Annexation) to the Cardiff
Sanitation District.

Chairman Bond stated that once the San Elijo Manager, John Murk,
returned to work, he intended to meet with him to discuss issues
related to the 1995/96 San Elijo JPA budget.
