. MINUTES OF CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 13, 1995, 6:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
Chairman Bond called the meeting to order at 6:22 P.M.
Present: Chairman James Bond, Board Members Lou Aspell, John
Davis, Chuck DuVivier, and Gail Hano.
Absent: None.
Also District Manager Wasserman, District Attorney Krauel,
Present: Board Clerk Cervone, Assistant District Manager Benson,
Engineering Services Director Archibald, Public Works
Director Nelson, Deputy Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Chairman Bond reported the Cardiff Sanitation District Board would
be reviewing the San Elijo 1995/96 budget at a future District
Board meeting.
Public Works Director Nelsön reported a contract had been issued
for the rehabilitation of the Olivenhain and San Elijo trunk lines.
He said construction would start on september 25, 1995 and invited
the Board to observe the process.
