Mayor DuVivier called the. meeting to order at 1:12 P.M.
Present: Mayor Chuck DuVivier, Council Members James Bond, John

Management Analyst Schulenburg reviewed the amendments to the FY
1996-PY 2000 General Fund financed Capital Improvement Program
projects.
Ms. Schulenburg stated that at the March 8, 1995 Council meeting,
staff ind.:Lcðted that due to a decrease in proj ected revenues
derived from property tax, solid waste franchise fees, and the San
Elijo JPA overhead, the majority of the General Fund financed
projects proposed in the five-year program could not be completed
without temporary financing from the five million dollar
Contingency Reserve fund.

Ms. Schulenbu:rgprovided a revised General ,Fund financed project
list showing a røduction of $1,459,000 over the five year program
period due to a process of project elimination, deferral,
reprioritization, and alternative financing.
Staff was directed to return to the May 17, 1995 Council meeting
with detailed information regarding the proposed Civic Center
projects.
