MARCH 8,1995, 6:00 P.M., 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
Chairman Bond called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
Present: Chairman James Bond, Board Members Lou Aspell, John
Davis, Chuck DuVivier, and Gail Hano
Absent: None.
Also District Manager Wasserman, District Attorney Krauel,
Present: Board Clerk Pool, Assistant District Manager Benson,
Public Works Director Nelson, Engineering Services
Director Archibald, Management Analyst Suel ter ,
Management Analyst Schulenburg, Deputy City Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Proclamation Honoring Assistant San Blijo JPA Kanager Ieellene Burn-
Lucht Acknowledging her Recent Award for 1995 San Diego County
Engineer of the Year fram the California Society of Professional
Engineers.
Chairman Bond presented San Elijo JPA Manager Kellene Burn-Lucht
with a procla~tion acknowledging her award for 1995 San Diego
County Engineer of the Year.
Hano moved, DuVivier seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Hotion carried. Ayes: Aspell, Bond, Davis, DuVivier,
llano; Nays: None.
