. MINUTES OF CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 8,1995,6:00 P.M., 505 soum VULCAN AVENUE
Chairman Bond called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
Present: Chairman James Bond, Board Members Lou Aspell, John
Davis, Chuck DuVivier and Gail Hano.
Absent: None.
Also District Manager Wasserman, District Attorney Krauel,
Present: District Clerk Cervone, Assistant District Manager
Benson, Public Works Director Nelson, Management Analyst
Suelter, Deputy District Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

DuVivier moved, Rano seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Aspell, Bond, Davis, DuVivier,
Hano 1 Nays: None.

3. Consideration of the AcceÐtance of Public Sewer r~rovements
Associated with Sewer Construction Permit DCS097 and the
Execution and Recordation of a Notice of Cnmnletion. Contact
Person: City Bnaineer Archibald.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Accept the public sewer improvements and
authorize the Clerk of the Board to execute and record a Notice of Completion.
