Council meeting, Mayor DuVivier chaired the meeting and called the
meeting to order at 8:41 P.M.
Present: Board Members Chuck DuVivier, Lou Aspell, James Bond,
John Davis, and Gail Hano.
Absent: None.
Also City Manager Wasserman, Acting City Attorney Potter, City
Present: Clerk Cervone, Assistant City Manager Benson, Engineering
8 Services Director Archibald, Public Works Director
Nelson, Community Development Director Holder, Community
Services Director Wigginton, Sheriff's Captain Wood,
Project Manager Murphy, Management Analyst Phillips,
Deputy City Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Mayor DuVivier handed out a matrix together with a summary of the
Mayor'S committee appointments for Council's review.
Davis moved, DuVivier seconded to accept the Mayor's
recommendations. Motion failed. Ayes: Davis, DuVivier¡ Nays:
Aspell, Bond, Hano.
