Chairman Bond called the meeting to order at 6:25 P.M.

There being a quorum present, the 'meeting was in order.
Item #3 was removed by Chairman Bond.

4. Phase IV-Pipeline Repair Miscellaneous Locations.
5. Sewer Manhole Repair-Phase I.

8. Pump Replacement Cardiff Pump Station.
9. Install Air Conditioning in Control Room-Olivenhain
Pump Station.
