Chairman Bond called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
Present: Chairman Bond, Council Members John Davis, Chuck
DuVivier, Gail Hano, and Maura Wiegand
Absent: None

Present: District Clerk Pool, Assistant District Manager Benson,;
Public Works Director Nelson, Engineering Director

There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
8 Presentation of Mayor's Proclamation of Congratulations to Dave Pruitt for lHing Selected
Famrer ofme Year by the San Dl~go Farm Bureau.
Mayor Hanopresented the proclamation tp Mr. and Mrs. Pruitt and
also thanked them for their; many contributions of flowers for
community events.
* The title of ordinances listed on the Consent Calendar are
deemed to have been read and further reading waived.
Wiegand moved, Hano seconded to close and adopt. Motion carried.
