There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Management Anal,yst Suelter stated that staff was seeking direction
on possible modifications to District Codes and whether to
introduce CSD Ordinance 94-04 relating to the Housing Certification
. Program connection fees.

She stated that since the inception of the HCP to help certify
units which may have been illegally constructed, seVen applications
had been received for units within the CSD. That would equabe to
an increase in annual sewer s4¡!rvice charges of $1,688.40 for those
seven Units. In the ESD, five applications had been submitted for
HCP units. That would equate to. an increase in annUal sewer
service charges of $693.00 fo~ those five units.
Staff recommendation was to introduce CSD Ordinance 94-04 to add
District policy of charging connection fees to applicants of the
City's HCP program.
The Board Clerk read the Ordinance by title.
