Chairman Bond called the meeting to order at 4:04 P.M.
present: Chairtnan James Bond, Board Members John Davis, Chuck
DUVivier, Gail Hano, and Maura Wiegand
Also District Manager Shafer, Board Clerk Pool, Assistant
Present: District Manaqer Benson.
There being a quorum present, the ~eetinq was in order.
Hano moved, Davis seGaDded to Close and Adopt the Consent Calendar.

Management Analyst Schillinger said Resolution 93-06 was the
implementing instrument that would authorize the District Manager
to refinance the District's current bonds at. the lower, current
interest rates. He said refunding the existing bonds would save
the District $15,000 to $25,000 annually.
Davis moved, Sano seconded to adopt Resolution 93-01.
Board Member Duvivier complimented staff for monitoring the status
of the bond market and refinancing.
