Board Chairman Shea called the meeting to order at 4:20 P.M. Present: Chairman Richard P. Shea, ~_fd Members Marjorie Gaines, Greg Luke, Anne Omsted, Gerald Steel. Also Acting District Manager Benson,District Counsel Roger Present: Krauel, Public.Works Director August, Board Clerk Pool, Senior Office Specialist HollywoOd. There being a quorum present, the meeting was. in order. 2 . ORAL COMMUNI CATION Public Works Director AuCJ1lst commented that he and Board Member Gaines took a tour of the worm farm in Fallbrook. Mr. FJ::'a.$er \1tilized various .-ps which depicted the sphere of influence of the District, 1) according to the County ànd 2) according to LAFCO. Noting discrepancies ,a mOdified :map of the District IS sphere had been prepared which took into account concrete findings by the cønsultant. . Based on the :modified map, Mr. Fraser determined the number of EDU'sto be 13,657 for tn. 1987 study which was significantly close. to the 1985 figure of 13,314 EDU's provided by the County, despite the map discrepancies. She felt that they should þe paid because of the work involved. Board directed Public Works Director August to have this issue included on the JPA Agenda. 5.
