1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Board Chairman Steel called the meeting to order at 4:10 P.M.
Present: Board Chairman Gerald Steel, Board Members Marjorie
Gaines, Greg Luke, Anne Omsted,Richard Shea.
Absent: None

Present: Roger Krauel, Public Works Director August, Board

Shea moved, Omsted seconded to adopt the consent calendar.

CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT MEETING MINUTES -- 11/09/88
~ city Manager Shafer presented a proclamation to Board Chairman
Steel, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District, for his outstanding service to the
community and for serving as Chairman of the Cardiff Sanitation
District for the past year.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Steel declared the meeting adjourned at 4:12 P.M.
