1. CALL TO ORDER /. ROLL CALL
Chairman Gaines called the meetinq to order at 4:03 P.M.
Present: Chairman Gaines, Board Members Gail Hano, Anne Omsted,
Richard Shea, Pam Slater.
Also District Hanaqer Shafer, District Clerk Pool, District
Present: Enqineer Auqust, Deputy City Clerk Cervone,
There beinq a quorum present, the meetinq was in order.

Board Member Slater announced it was Chairman Gaines' birthday and
the audience sanq "happy birthday."

5. CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CAr.F.NDAR
Chairman Gaines asked for clarification as to wh.ther she could
vote on an annexation that involved a house within 300 feet of her
home. She indicated her home was not in the sanitation district
but was within the sphere of the district. District Manaqer Shafer
stated he did not feel a conflict of interest existed because the
annexation would not benefit her property in the future.

Calendar. !lotion carried. Ayes: Gaines, llano, Oasted, Shea,
Slater; Bays: None.
